We offer free delivery for any order over HKD15 000 being delivered to an address on Hong Kong Island. Orders below this amount are charged at cost.  Items needed to be delivered to Kowloon, Outer Islands including Discovery Bay and the New Territories are subject to an additional charge.   


For large and delicate furniture and lighting in Hong Kong you will be contacted to arrange a delivery time. Items such as sofas, chairs, tables and desks usually include assembly if this is required.  Assembly of other more complex items may be charged at an additional rate.   If you would like to know if the items you ordered will include this service, please contact

Standard deliveries will take place on Thursdays between 12noon and 6pm, unless another time was agreed upon. All items in an order are always delivered together in one dispatch. We can on occasion deliver items separately if items are delayed, however additional charges may apply.

If you require a change of delivery address at least 48 hours prior to delivery, you must send a request in writing to via the email listed on the order.

The delivery cost for an order is charged at time of purchase and is dictated by the items you have ordered and by your delivery address. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that there is proper access to the delivery address for all items that are ordered. We suggest measuring all doorways and entryways, as well as any related dimensions, of which will affect the usage of the items. All existing furniture must be removed and the site cleared if items such as rugs or large pieces of furniture need to be installed.   


We currently deliver internationally to most countries.    

The price of international delivery is based on your delivery address and the size and weight of your order.

We use UPS, HK Post, FedEx, DHL and Gateway for our international delivery services.

All orders being sent internationally may be subject to duty and custom charges; the customer must pay these charges. Eclectic Cool has no control over the amount of duty and custom charges.

When shipping items internationally, we will repair or replace items that are truly faulty or damaged on arrival, but the cost of returning the items are the responsibility of the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the delivery cost for items that need to be returned to Eclectic Cool due to a claim, exchange or credit.


The item with the longest lead time will dictate the lead time for an order. The estimated delivery time will be quoted in a second confirmation email after your order has been processed. Any foreseeable delays are communicated to our customers after information like this becomes available.

Lead-times for deliveries during Late January/February (Chinese New Year) August/September and December may be longer due to summer and Christmas factory closures across our network of suppliers. Please contact us for specific information.

Large furniture and lighting requires special services and methods to get the job done right when delivering internationally, for this reason delivery lead times will be quoted on a per order basis. Please contact us


Claims regarding shortage or damaged goods must be made at the time of delivery and noted on the delivery receipt. No claims for shortage will be accepted after the delivery. Claims regarding damaged goods made after delivery MUST BE MADE WITHIN 5 DAYS will be considered at the discretion of ECLECTIC COOL.  

Eclectic Cool Limited will not be liable for claims arising from delay in delivery due to strikes, accidents, unavailability of materials or events beyond the reasonable control of the company. Installation is quoted on the basis that the site is free of other trades other than those providing services to the furniture. Site must be clear and free from obstruction and unrestricted lift facilities must be available at no charge. An additional delivery charge may be payable if there is no lift access.When a customer requests delayed delivery beyond the delivery date that has been acknowledged, the order will be held free of charge for 48 hours. After that period, the customers will be invoiced for warehousing at a rate not less than 2% per month, based on the invoice value of the items held by Eclectic Cool Limited, with a minimum storage charge assessed by the company at its sole discretion. At the same time the customer will be invoiced to 90% for the products held by Eclectic Cool Limited and risk will pass to the customer.

Please choose carefully. Eclectic Cool Limited does not refund for incorrect choice. All Eclectic Cool products are carefully inspected prior to shipment. Customers should similarly inspect all items at the time of delivery or installation. Claims for damage in delivery must be recorded at the time of delivery. Eclectic Cool will not accept claims for: Damage resulting from storage by the customer or by Eclectic Cool on behalf of the customer; Damage resulting from accident, alteration or misuse after delivery;Textile fade or wear under normal use; Dissatisfaction with colour, grain, veining or texture of wood, marble and leather because of natural variations over which Eclectic Cool has no control.

Products that are either faulty; have been wrongly described; are different from a sample you have been shown; may be exchanged or credited within 14 days.  A copy of your original invoice receipt will be required for all credit, exchange and warranty repair requests.
