Notes & Details
Design Anthology is Asia’s new quarterly magazine for interior design and more.
In issue 7 we showcase the spectacular Caye Sereno, Brazilian architect Marcio Kogan's first project in Asia. Located 2.5 hours’ drive from Hanoi, on the bottom tip of the last landmass before the karst landscape breaks up into alien-like rock formations that dot the otherwise infinite blue horizon, the complex of villas has been perfectly designed to fit into its surroundings. We hope this, and projects like it, serve as an example of how well-conceived structures can actually enhance their surroundings. This, plus many more features in our last issue for 2015.
Each issue features quality writing by an international team on art, interiors, design, architecture and travel, with great emphasis on the quality and size of the photographs published.
In this issue, we explores contemporary living in high density environments.
Four residences are explored- from 30 sqm to 100sqm in size. It also explores London's first co-housing project in Stoke Newington.
As always, beautiful images and inspired writing abound!
