Within Hong Kong
Please note that we can only send orders to a street address. We do not deliver to a PO Box address. A delivery address cannot be changed once we have dispatched your parcel. We will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver an Item due to incorrect address information.
Small items over HKD1000
We use Hong Kong Post or courier for delivery of small items within Hong Kong. Our Dispatch Confirmation will outline the method of delivery. Our delivery charges within Hong Kong for smaller item sales over HKD1000 are free. Postage for smaller items under HKD1000 are charged at the rate of HKD75.
Large items over HKD1000
Delivery of large furniture items over HKD1000 may be subject to a surcharge outside of Hong Kong Island. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm the price of delivery and before ordering. There may be additional surcharges if there are stairs or if the piece needs more than one person to deliver.
Please ensure that larger pieces fit into your space before delivery. If the piece does not fit into the space, we will gladly refund the cost of the piece, if it is not a special order, but we will have to charge for the delivery costs.
Delivery usually takes between 2 to 5 working days. However, please note that deliveries may take longer than this during sales and other busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control. Delivery may also be delayed if a typhoon signal no. 8 is raised or a black storm warning is in effect. A signature is required on delivery of your parcel. If you are out at the time of delivery, a notification card will be left. Please follow the instructions on the card to collect your Item from your local post office or arrange redelivery.
If larger items need to redelivered, the total cost needs to be borne by the customer.
As we are a small business, all overseas delivery costs are calculated on an at cost basis and will be confirmed to you at the time of confirmation of the order of the Item. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have further questions.

If you are out when the delivery is attempted, a card will be left with instructions relating to your parcel. Please follow the instructions on the card to collect your order or arrange re-delivery
Large pieces can be delivered by air internationally using FEDEX. Please note that shipping will be paid by the customer at cost. We are also able to arrange delivery by sea. The cost of this shipping will be negotiated with the customer prior to shipping and the finalizing of payment. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any enquiries.
Import Restrictions and Custom Fees
Please note that some countries place restrictions on merchandise ordered from overseas and/ or charge additional import fees or customs duties. These charges are beyond our control. Please be aware that you will be responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges payable. We suggest that you contact your local government body prior to placing an order with us, so that you understand what restrictions may exist and/ or what possible additional payments may apply.
