Sandra D’Auriol Autumn Show 2011
Check out the work of the most beautiful jewellery designer in Hong Kong, Sandra D’Auriol at Sin Sin Annexe on the 20th and 21st of September.
I have a few of her gorgeous pieces which I absolutely adore wearing. Her cuffs in jade, shagreen and diamonds are an knockout and always gets commented upon. Born in India, Sandra has perfected a style which is a perfect blend of Asian colour and material with a uniquely European sensibility. I also love her use of grey gold which is a subtle but luxurious metal and works well with brown diamonds.
In addition to gold and diamonds, Sandra also does a range of statement necklaces that always look amazing and are very reasonably priced. Her woven leather clutch bags also add a touch of distinction to an outfit. This is a show that you should definitely not miss.
Sandra always donates a proportion of the proceeds of her sales to charity. This sale is dedicated to thesmall charity called The Child Welfare Scheme, which was started by Douglas Maclagan 15 years ago. Sandra has been supporting them for the past 14 years. Due to the economic downturn in England two of the large contributors have not been able to continue supporting the work, which means many thousands of children in Nepal are at risk of losing medical care. As I am sure you agree this is a cause worth supporting.
